About Dawn
Dawn is another long serving JDP employee, working here since 1992! She has had many roles throughout her time here, starting in the Sales Office, before becoming a stock controller then eventually moving into her current position.
Originally from Durham, she has lived in Carlisle longer than she has lived anywhere else although she still describes herself as a Durham lass by heart!
Q&A
What's the best thing about your job?
No two days are the same, so it’s definitely not boring! That and my colleagues.
Sweet or savoury?
I would choose Halloumi cheese over anything…so I guess that makes me savoury!
What are you most afraid of?
Heights, however will happily fly, ride rollercoasters or go up towers etc., just not anything like a cliff edge or a wobbly rope bridge or ladder, basically if I could fall I’m scared.
If you were an animal what would you be?
Probably a lion as I was born in August although I love elephants and dogs.
What’s your favourite ice cream flavour?
Cherry and dark chocolate.
