About Elaine
Elaine, originally from Hampshire manages our HR team who work throughout the UK! She is based in our Head Office in Cumbria but travels all over the UK to do her job!
Elaine has worked in HR for a number of years, in all sorts of industries; from prosthetic limbs, rail maintenance, food manufacturing and local media!

What's the best thing about your job?
People – I’m in HR, I had to say that! But it’s true.
If you had to eat 1 food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Poppadoms, onion salad and raita. Or Yorkshire pudding. Come to think of it, I wonder if they’d go well together?! I might try it!
When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up?
The 6th member of Enid Blytons Famous Five!
What’s your biggest achievement to date?
I’ve mountain biked across Scotland in a day and sea paddled around the Isle of Wight in a weekend.
Which film makes you cry?
I can’t immediately think of a particular film, but DIY SOS gets me every single time.
