About Emma
Emma, a compliance administrator, started working for JDP in 2018 and started on her birthday! She has a degree in dairy technology and has previously been a team leader for a food company.
From Annan in Scotland, Emma is responsible for reviewing how to procedures and writing risk assessments.

What's the best thing about your job?
No two days are the same.
If you were an animal what would you be?
Definitely a dog, my two babies (dogs) are spoilt rotten.
When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A vet, animals are my passion. Get me talking about dogs and you’re stuck for the next hour.
Sweet or savoury?
If I eat a Hawaiian pizza I get the best of both.
If you had to eat 1 food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Pasta and Pesto! I could happily sit down and eat a jar of pesto on its own. /p>
