About Jac
Jac, from Erskine near Glasgow, covers Scotland, the borders and northern England in her HR role. She has a degree in Business Management, which she studied for whilst working. Previous to JDP, she worked as a Lead Marine HR officer.
Working in HR she has a very varied role consisting of interviewing, attending disciplinaries, completing appraisals and payroll.

What's the best thing about your job?
No two days are the same as there is a lot of variety in what I do. I enjoy watching people progress, being successful and being a part of that journey. Having a little influence on the culture of the business to make it the best place it can be for current employees and attracting the best staff.
What’s your TV show guilty pleasure?
Nashville, I love country music and cheesy programs; this is the perfect mix of drama, love stories and music for me!
If you had to eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
I need to have two! Chinese food or pizza!
Would you rather live for a week in the past or the future?
Definitely in the past! I would change a few decisions I made that affected my future and spend more tie with the people that matter.
Which film makes you cry?
There are lots! My sister’s keeper and, most recently, Mamma Mia.
