With over 5 years experience in the merchant’s sector, Paul brings with him a wealth of knowledge and a fresh perspective to the company's operations.
In his new role, Paul will lead efforts to enhance sales performance and customer experience across the South-Eastern region of JDP branches. He aims to work closely with the JDP Branch Managers to boost colleague engagement and performance, addressing key insights from a recent JDP research survey to enhance workplace productivity.
Paul joins JDP from Plumbing & Heating merchant Williams, where he was a Branch Support Manager – a role that equipped him with the management and team leadership skills necessary to make significant contributions to JDP. His commitment to excellence and his alignment with JDP's company values made him the ideal candidate for this position.
